We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem and is returned within a reasonable time limit.
This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please note when providing a refund we will also consider the type of product, how a consumer is likely to use the product, the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used, and the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item for free within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
Please note: Any goods purchased at Respirico ScooterWorld will be entitled to receive warranties provided by the manufacturer. These are subjected to the Terms and Conditions under their warranty programs.
Respirico 30-day mask guarantee
Respirico Healthcare are pleased to offer you a 30-day mask exchange on all BMC, Philips Respironics and Fisher & Paykel Masks. A 30-day mask exchange or money-back guarantee is offered for all ResMed Masks.
If the mask purchased is not suitable, please contact us and return it to one of our locations within 30 days. Subject to the brand, we will appropriately exchange or refund your mask.
Please note that the Respirico 30-day mask guarantee is limited to one replacement mask or 30-day money back per customer.
Under the Offer, if a customer who purchases a mask through Respirico Healthcare is not completely satisfied, they may return the item, at their expense, for a mask exchange to the value of the original cost of the returned item, provided:
- The customer contacted Respirico Healthcare if they experienced any issues for support and possible solutions.
- All components of the mask are returned within 30 days of purchase.
- There is no damage as a result of improper use or contamination due to cigarette, pipe, cigar or other smoke.
- The customer has provided Respirico Healthcare with proof of purchase through an invoice. Bank statements alone will not be accepted as a form of proof.
