Shipping & Handling
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Respirico ScooterWorld. We ship Australia-wide and offer different delivery and pick up options to ensure that you receive your order safely and quickly.

Shipment processing time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Orders will be processed and dispatched on the same business day if ordered by 12pm AEST.
- We request a signature on delivery for all orders unless requested otherwise.
Delivery Charges
- Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location.
- Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
- Your delivery options will be made available to you at the checkout page once you enter your delivery postcode.
Standard Post Delivery
- Allow for 2-7 business days for delivery to metro locations
- Allow for 4-10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland, and Northern Territory
Express Post Delivery
- Allow for 2-3 business days for delivery to metro locations. Please note some items may take up to 5 business days.
*Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions and an increased demand in parcel post, that delays may be experienced. Respirico Healthcare is still operating at full capacity and shipping our orders on time.
Damages
- Respirico ScooterWorld is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Click & Collect
- FREE with any online order
- Currently only available at our head office at Salisbury Plain. Please contact us on 1800 208 826 if you would like to have it collected elsewhere, and we may be able to assist.
- During check out you will be asked to if you’d like the order to be shipped to a store, please choose yes for click and collect to Salisbury Plain.
- You will receive a phone call from the team when your order is ready to be picked up.
- Please print or show your invoice/email confirmation on your smart phone along with a valid I.D. to collect your order, within 21 days.
