Description
The BMC HME-Plus Mask Filter Kit provides effective waterless humidification for CPAP therapy by capturing and reusing heat and moisture from exhaled air. Designed to enhance comfort during sleep, it delivers consistent, warm airflow without the need for a traditional humidifier.
Purpose
This kit utilises BMC’s Heat Moisture Exchange (HME) technology to maintain humidity and comfort throughout the night. Each HME tablet contains fine paper ridges that trap warmth and moisture on exhalation, then release it during inhalation for improved breathing comfort, particularly in dry environments or while travelling.
The filters and tablets are disposable and easy to replace, ensuring reliable performance and hygiene in ongoing CPAP therapy.

Suggested Replacement Schedule
