If you are requiring a cylinder refill, it is important to call BEFORE you run out of cylinders. If the patient is wanting to pick-up refills in-store, this also must be organized prior, to ensure there are bottles readily available.
24/7 Oxygen Service
Respirico Healthcare Home Oxygen Therapy service provides a dedicated HOT team. This means the individuals (sometimes also their families) hospital staff and our team develop a relationship over time. Patients and staff are comforted that they are always able to communicate with a member of that team who they are familiar with and are also the same people who service them in the home or hospital. The HOT team are available 24hrs over the phone or to come out on site when required. In the event of an emergency breakdown of equipment we will arrive on site 24/7 to swap the equipment over ASAP if required.
