Description
A contoured positioning cushion shaped to support the pelvis and thighs in a neutral, midline posture. The distinctive “H” profile provides a gentle central pommel between the thighs and broad lateral wings under the legs to help reduce sliding and leg adduction, encouraging a more stable, comfortable sitting position in wheelchairs and day chairs.
